Full-time Produce Manager

What you’ll do:

• Provide products, assistance and service to customers.
• Demonstrate day to day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.
• Provide efficient, personal and excellent service to all our members and guests.
• Assist in developing quality team training and succession plans.
• Lead a culture of safety through devotion to company standards for health and safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence.
• Provide leadership to team members to ensure that an engaged, supportive and positive team environment exists.
• Perform ordering duties and receiving duties.
• Complete employee training, scheduling, time management.
• Complete safety training as required.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:

• Retail experience in ordering, selling, receiving and employee management would be considered an asset.
• Ability to fulfil physical job requirements, includes some heavy lifting.
• Must have a high level of integrity, systematic thinking, planning and conflict resolution and set priorities.
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
