Permanent Full-Time Cashier/Pump Attendant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information, assistance and customer service in a manner that will promote the sale of merchandise in a friendly and courteous way
• Provide pump and front-end service as required
• Unpack, check, price and prepare merchandise for sale
• Maintain good housekeeping and sanitation standards in the work area
• Must be willing to obtain Food Safe, Propane, TDG and WHMIS certification

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer, till system and peripherals
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds; lift up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
• Required to be on one’s feet for an extended period of time
• Must be willing and able to work mornings, days, evenings and weekends shifts.
• Exposure to temperature extremes (store temperatures, outside temperatures, etc.)
